Offset Lithography is the best method of reproducing photographic or continuous tone images onto large volumes of discs.

In 2007, Alpha Duplication became the first company to bring litho printing on recordable media to the UK. This proved very popular and demand has been so great that we have since doubled our capacity.

Our litho printers are fully automated & allow us to print CMYK onto a white base. This can then be printed with an additional, screen printed spot colour on the same machine, allowing you to have both continuous tone images and a Pantone colour on the same disc.

All our discs are printed alongside a calibrated Fiery proof to ensure that they have the very best colour matching available.
