{ Assembly of your CD & DVD packs }

At Alpha we have an excellent mix of both automatic product specific packaging equipment and experienced, quality conscious staff for hand assembly operations.

With the emphasis firmly on quality you can be sure that your package hits the retail outlet in perfect condition

For the most part, our CD's, DVD's and cassettes are packaged into their respective case automatically with their printed components. This helps eliminate stock contamination and gives the fastest possible throughput.

For special orders our experienced assembly teams take over to ensure that your product is packaged correctly. Team leaders ensure correct component allocation for top level products throughout and constantly check the quality of the work for defect and/or error. All finished product is double checked again before despatch.

Once packaged we can over wrap or shrink wrap your product. Over wrapping is part of the inline automatic media assembly process and shrink wrapping is used more for things like Sierra Boxes, manuals or short runs of media packs.
