At Alpha Duplication we have an excellent mix of both automatic product specific packaging equipment and experienced, quality conscious staff for hand assembly operations.

For CD & DVD cases we run Gima & Otari automated packaging lines giving us fast, accurate product assembly every time. Cases can then be cellophane over-wrapped, with or without tear strips giving you a retail quality finish.

For special orders our experienced assembly teams take over to ensure that your product is perfectly packed. Team leaders ensure correct component allocation throughout and constantly check the quality of the work for defect and/or error. All finished product is double checked again before despatch.

As well as cellophane over-wrapping we also run two fully automated shrink wrapping lines, ideal for finishing Digipacks, cartons, slipcases and other non-standard products.
